Conferences Details

Mandatory Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences are held twice each year. Conferences are an opportunity for parents to check in on their child's growth at Cassata in a holistic way, focusing on both academic progress and growth in character as young men and women.

All students and parents/guardians are required to attend Conferences twice yearly.

Sign Up

This year we are offering parents the opportunity to sign up for your preferred time slots in advance. Be sure to sign up for time slots with all three of your child's teachers. If you are unsure which teachers to sign up for, ask your child or call the front desk.

Parent-School Partnership

At Cassata, we believe that education is about more than just knowledge, acquiring skills to be successful in life, and graduating with a good GPA. These things are important, but our work of formation goes so much deeper. As our Core Purpose states, we believe in forming students as whole persons—mind, heart, and soul. That work can only be undertaken in partnership with our students' parents and families.

When you send your child to Cassata, you are choosing to trust our teachers and leaders with his/her formation as a young person. That trust means that parents of Cassata scholars are expected to take an active role in their child's education. The primary ways that you do that are by:

Engaging in discussions with teachers and staff with goodwill and charity,
Providing active and positive support to Cassata through your words and actions,
Proactively reaching out to the school when questions or concerns arise, and
Attending our Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences.

Conferences are held twice yearly, once in September and again in October. All students and parents/guardians are required to attend Conferences both times.
