Admissions Process

Schedule a tour

If you’re interested in applying to Cassata, contact us to schedule a tour and learn more about our school. Cassata accepts new students on on ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if it's in the middle of a school year.

Take TABE exam

After deciding that Cassata may be a good fit for your family, the next step is to schedule a time for your child to take our TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) entrance exam. Reach out via email or call the front office to let us know you're ready.

Gather and submit enrollment paperwork

  • Complete the student enrollment packet.

  • Request and submit transcripts and behavior reports from all previous schools.

  • Provide documentation on learning differences or medical needs affecting school (if applicable).

  • Complete the online tuition assistance application through FACTS. All families must complete the application, even if no tuition assistance is required.​​

Attend the enrollment meeting and interview

  • Confirm tuition amount (determined based on tuition assistance application and approval by the Principal) and sign a tuition agreement.

  • Secure enrollment by paying all fees and your first month's tuition.

  • Meet with academic advisor to select the right Scholar Pathway for your child and create a graduation plan and class schedule.​
