COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Cassata is blessed to have a network of community partnerships to ensure that students are receiving the best education and opportunities available.  These partnerships include:

  • Action Potential offers tutoring for Cassata students in reading and math.

  • Catholic Charities of Fort Worth assists Cassata families with basic resources, including housing.  Cassata also enrolls students through their Padua program.

  • Christian Works provides free counseling services for students and their families.

  • Good Shepherd Catholic Community and Good Shepherd Men’s Club provide financial, in-kind, and volunteer support throughout the year.

  • House of Shine provides monthly mentoring to Cassata’s young women.

  • Innovations/Mesa Springs uses Cassata's curriculum to allow students who are receiving mental health treatment to continue their education. After completing their in-patient treatment, many students choose to enroll at Cassata.

  • Junior Achievement’s Career Success program teaches Cassata students practical skills needed to compete in the marketplace, including soft skills, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.

  • Just Say Yes provides motivational guest speakers on a variety of topics relevant to Cassata students.

  • The Morris Foundation Scholarship/Tarrant County College enables qualifying Cassata graduates to enroll at TCC with a full-tuition scholarship.

  • Dual Enrollment program allows qualifying Cassata students to enroll at Texas Wesleyan University to earn college credit.

  • Tarrant County Juvenile Probation Department provides at-risk youth with tuition assistance and other support services, so they can earn a high school diploma or GED at Cassata.
