After you or your student have decided to join our Cassata family, the steps to admission include:​

• Take TABE entrance test

• Complete student enrollment packet and bring it with you to your Admissions appointment

• Request and submit transcripts and behavior report from previous school(s)

• Provide documentation on learning differences (if any)

• Receive notification of Acceptance to Cassata

• Complete F.A.C.T.S. on-line tuition assistance application

• Confirm Tuition amount (determined based on F.A.C.T.S. and approval by CCHS President)

• Return signed tuition agreement and attend enrollment meeting

• Secure enrollment with payment of fees and first month's tuition

• Create Graduation plan and class scheduling

• First day of class!

 

TABE:  Cassata’s entrance exam is the TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) and is available at our school on Monday – Thursday morning, starting anytime between 8:30-9:30 a.m. The test takes approximately three hours to complete and can be taken over a period of two days.  There is a $15 fee for this exam.

Request transcripts:  Parents or guardians should request transcripts from the student’s current school. If a student is over 18, he or she should request the transcripts themselves. This is the simplest way to ensure a quick and efficient review of your or your student’s file.

Notification of Acceptance/FACTS/Enrollment packet:  After our admissions staff has informed you of the results of the TABE exam, we ask that you complete our application, other enrollment forms, and the F.A.C.T.S. Management application on-line. All families must complete the F.A.C.T.S. Management application, even if no tuition assistance is required.

Admissions appointment/Tuition:  Each student will participate in an interview with members of our Admissions staff, which will be scheduled when the TABE results are received.  Please download the Admissions Appointment Checklist and bring the items listed with you to your scheduled appointment.

 

Tuition will also be discussed during this meeting, as long as the F.A.C.T.S. application has been completed.

 

Transcript analysis, graduation plan and class scheduling: Once admitted to Cassata and all payments are made, the student will make an appointment with our College and Academic Advisor to assess what classes are needed and make a plan for graduation and beyond.
